Before you fly
How early is the pickup?
About an hour before sunrise: between 5 and 6:30 am depending on the season. We confirm the time the evening before.
Is there an age or weight limit?
Guests must be at least six years old and able to stand for an hour. We ask your weight when you book to balance the basket.
What if the weather is bad?
We decide at 4 am. If we cancel, you rebook for free or get a full refund.
Is it cold up there?
Not much colder than on the ground, and the burner keeps it warm. Wear layers and closed-toe shoes.
